It's Time to Diversify How We Train Our Staff

Over recent years, it's as though employee education and training has become more of a standardized "one-size-fits-all" process. The problem with this is that not all employees are the same, or learn the same way for that matter. It's usually more or less due to the fact that managers and supervisors are too busy to attend each and every employee's needs on a one-to-one basis at anytime any day during the workweek.
